Here at Easy Made Cleaning, we firmly believe that the best possible quotation for service can only be accomplished, on site, at your home or business. In this fashion, we can clearly asses the condition of your property and meet with you, your business associates and your family. Considering that we are all very busy, trying to arrange for an estimate can be inconvenient. Many of our clients just wish to attain an estimated quote either by phone or through an online quoting mechanism, in order to get a better idea of service fees. When we first started, most of our quotations would be given in the home or at the business.

The majority of quotation wok is based on square footage by phone, or through online form and email. In most cases, when we provide you with a quote it’ll be primarily during the evening hours or perhaps on weekends as we are very busy attending to our customers during regular business hours. Most customer’s have no issues with on premise quotations and this is typically the preferred method. We normally provide the quote then setup the initial through cleaning and most of the time meet clients when the initial cleaning is performed. The only negative aspect to not providing an on site quote is that we sometimes will find a home or a business that is in an extremely bad condition or is heavily cluttered. This does happen from time-to-time. If this is the case, there may be additional fees.

During our detailed on premise quotation, we will provide you with some business cards and ask for a tour of your property with an informational sheet and clip board. We will record details when assessing the property on our bid sheet and leave you with a copy of our estimate when we’ve completed our tour.

During the evaluation process, you should be expecting some or all of the following:

We will introduce our self to you
We will request a guided tour of your property
We will ask if there are any special requirements
We will ask if there are areas on your property you do not want cleaned
We will look inside your showers and tubs
We will disucss areas that may require more attention to detail
We will advise accordingly

Please note that when quoting by telephone, we will provide you with an approximate quote to give you some idea of what our rates are. During our phone call, we will gather as much detail as possible such as, the number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, if you have hardwood floors, a finished basement, etc. We will also ask if this will be a one-time cleaning scenario, and if you should require daily, weekly or monthly service. An exact quite will be provided once we’ve had a chance to view the property in question.
